I am a board-certified pediatrician with over twenty years of experience in general pediatrics. I am interested in helping children, teens, and young adults with chronic disease, school problems, behavioral problems, and developmental issues. My philosophy:
• I believe that the path to a successful outcome begins with a careful and thorough medical evaluation of the child or teen and an assessment of his or her home, school, and social environment.
• I believe my role should be to serve as a consultant to the whole family. I accomplish this by providing a comprehensive medical assessment combined with up-to-date medical information about the issues involved.
• I believe families, when given accurate information, are able to be active participants in the development and implementation of an effective management plan.
